Widely known as “the rifle that won the West”, the legendary Winchester 1873 remains one of the most loved lever action rifles in existence. With the pistol grip stock and octagonal barrel, this Sporter version looks more like the tool of a dedicated rifleman than a working cowboy. Winchester upped the ante by using fine Grade II/III walnut for the stock and forend. There are many reproduction 1873 rifles on the market. And then, there is the real thing, in a limited supply straight from Winchester.
